Registration Accomodation

• VAT is not included in the registration fees. The VAT rate is 20%.

• All participants and company representatives are required to register and the registration fees mentioned above include participation in scientific meetings, congress bag and abstract book, entrance to the exhibition area and social activities.

• All records are finalized with payouts. For the confirmation of your registration, please send your receipt to the organization secretariat via e-mail after paying.

• Pay April 21, 2023 to the congress account and the payment document must be sent to the congress organization secretariat via e-mail. • In order to benefit from the discounted registration fees, the registration fees must be deposited to the congress account before the date of 2023.

• Serenas Tourism reserves the right to reflect changes in the amounts of taxes, fees and charges that may arise in the prices.

• VAT is not included in accomodation fees. The VAT rate is 10%.

• The prices indicated are for 3 nights and package price application will be made.

• October 19, 22, 3 nights all inclusive accomodation is included in all hotel package prices, including check–in- check-out October 20. * All hotel package prices include accomodation in the all inclusive system.

• Transfer requests must be submitted to the congress organization secretariat in writing at least 15 days before the transfer date.
